  They need new police officers! There are some officers I witnessed that just don't do their job right. That's the reason the rate is low the Cicero Police Department need to wake up! You serve and protect not discriminate or abuse your power and scare civilians. Overall, there used to be a puerto rican guy mix with black 5'5 or 5'7 he used to fingerprint people in 2013.   One time, I called them because of someone harassing my fam and they never came. F**k these corrupt pigs and f**k larry too. Cicero needs better leadership and better cops
